The End of Class 2

so here comes the end of class 2. its about a week away. my kungfu has taken a tremendous leap forward, and though I know I have a long way to go I feel confident in my new found power set. We had 3 projects this class. I chose to do a 180 turn with a sidestep and a ball kick and that was just for the first project.

For the second project I took the pose jump, and for the first time ever i actually had a problem meeting the frame minimum. i did a ninja he was awesome!!! a ton of fun. big arcy animation I found was easier for me then anything else.

Finally for the last project i chose Sticky door, in my mind it went through a series of evolutionary events that brought it to a homage to "The Prestige" awesome freaking movie! And it inspired me to create this one.

i submitted these three and my gimp walk for the animation mentor show case reel. and with any luck I'll be able to get it in there! that would be the most ultimate thing ever!! i know i shouldn't want something like that, i should stay humble but man o man! i would love to get into it! if i could be a person that could inspire another person to try and be a better animator that would be the coolest thing ever. i remember becoming inspired by other AM students and how it drove me to push my understanding of our art! damn thats awesome stuff!!!

ok heres my second attempt at keeping a blog on my experience at AM. hopefully i can be a little more consistent with it. In actuality i was pretty consistent with the other i consistently neglected to follow up on it. anyways here we go! woo!
